Pen Oil, Outlining Medium.
Pen Oil is a formulation designed to make an ink out of a powdered china paint. Mix with dry paint until you get a thin ink-like consistency. Once mixed, the ink should flow smoothly when applied using a crow quill or other pen. It is most often used to mix with black paint to outline artwork.
